Be part of the atmosphere of the ‘Clubroom’ on Carlton Draught Gold Cup Day and be in the running to win your club two kegs of Carlton Draught. The Pavilion will be the party location on Cup Day and this package will include:

Salinger Indulgence Luncheon
$150 per person
Situated in the Salinger Banquet Room, this package offers that special touch. Hosted by Dual Melbourne Cup winning jockey John Letts, the Salinger Indulgence Luncheon has it all, including a fashion parade to complement the atmosphere of Cup Day.
Stimulate the senses with a sumptuous four course menu commencing with appetisers to the table followed by a mouth watering buffet luncheon including:

- Baked South Australian Snapper
